In order to thoroughly implement the fire safety policy of "prevention first, prevention and fire prevention combined", effectively strengthen the fire safety awareness of all employees, improve the emergency response capabilities and self-prevention and self-rescue levels of employees in response to sudden fires, and build a solid line of defense for enterprise safety production, Shenzhen Pincheng Motor Co., Ltd. carefully organized and successfully completed the fire evacuation drill and fire extinguishing equipment operation drill on October 19, 2020.

Before the drill, Shenzhen Pincheng Motor attached great importance to it and made careful arrangements. Professional fire safety operators first conducted a systematic and vivid fire safety knowledge training for all employees. The training content not only covers the basic knowledge such as the causes, characteristics, development laws and hazards of fires, but also focuses on the detailed explanation of the scope of application, operation principles, use steps and daily maintenance points of common fire-fighting equipment such as dry powder fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, water hoses, and water guns. The explanation is easy to understand, and warning education is carried out in combination with typical fire cases, so that employees can deeply understand the importance of fire prevention and the necessity of mastering firefighting skills.
After the knowledge explanation, the practical operation link is immediately entered. The instructor conducted a clear and standardized operation demonstration on site, especially emphasizing the key actions of "lifting, pulling, holding, and pressing" for the use of fire extinguishers and the quick connection of fire hydrants, laying of water hoses, and water shooting postures. Subsequently, under the strict guidance of the instructor, employee representatives from various departments and new employees actively participated, took turns to practice, and personally experienced the whole process of using fire extinguishers to extinguish oil basin fires and using fire hydrants for simulated fire fighting. The nervousness and unfamiliarity of some employees during the first operation were quickly transformed into confidence in mastery with the patient correction of the instructor and the encouragement of colleagues.
Immediately afterwards, the drill simulated a more realistic fire environment. At the preset "fire point", thick smoke (simulation) filled the air and the alarm sounded. In accordance with the emergency plan, under the command of the evacuation guide, the employees responded quickly, bent down, covered their mouths and noses with wet towels, and evacuated quickly and orderly along the predetermined evacuation route to the designated safe assembly point. The whole process was tense but not panic, reflecting good organizational discipline. After the headcount was counted and all personnel were confirmed to have evacuated safely, the firefighting action team used firefighting equipment to effectively extinguish the simulated fire source again, testing the coordination of the emergency response process.

Under the full organization of the company's leaders and the professional guidance of the fire instructors, all the participating workers were serious, quick in action, and cooperated tacitly. They strictly followed the instructions, and the drill process was closely linked, achieving the expected results.
Through this practical and effective drill, the company's employees not only systematically consolidated and enriched the theoretical knowledge of fire safety, but also mastered the use of key firefighting equipment such as fire extinguishers and fire hydrants through hands-on operation, greatly improving the ability to fight fires in the face of initial fires and the ability to evacuate and escape, and self-defense and self-rescue in emergency situations. At the same time, the activity also further strengthened the fire safety responsibility awareness of all employees, tested the feasibility of the company's emergency plan and the emergency linkage capabilities of various departments, and provided a more solid fire safety guarantee for protecting the company's property safety and the lives of employees, and creating a stable and safe production and working environment. It also accumulated valuable experience for employees' fire safety in their daily lives.
