Basic Principle of a Micro Vacuum Pump:
A micro vacuum pump uses the circular motion of a micro motor to mechanically reciprocate the diaphragm inside the pump, compressing and stretching the air within a fixed-volume pump chamber, creating a vacuum (negative pressure). This creates a pressure difference between the pump's exhaust port and the ambient atmospheric pressure. This pressure difference forces (sucks) gas into the pump chamber and ultimately discharges it through the exhaust port.

By directly connecting a sealed container to a Low Noise Vacuum Pump and continuously evacuating the pump, the gas pressure within the container will drop below atmospheric pressure, reaching an absolute pressure of 60 kPa. Furthermore, through special technical improvements, in addition to single-use micro vacuum pumps, these can also be dual-purpose mini vacuum pumps (i.e., they can generate a relatively high positive pressure at the exhaust port), suitable for boosting pressure, inflating, overcoming system resistance, and more. These unique water-gas dual-purpose micro vacuum pumps can be used in applications requiring long-term idling or dry running, unlike conventional water pumps, which can damage the pump body if they run dry or idling.
Because the pressure differential between the suction and exhaust ports and the outside atmosphere is established, these pumps do not require lubricating oil or vacuum pump oil, unlike conventional vacuum pumps. This makes them more environmentally friendly and saves significant budget, making them economical.
Mini electric vacuum pump also feature compact size, low noise, and are maintenance-free, capable of 24/7 operation. Therefore, they are widely used in power units for small machinery, gas sampling, gas circulation, vacuum adsorption, accelerated filtration, automotive vacuum assist, and other applications.
