Micro gearbox reduction motor:
A micro gearbox reduction motor is an integrated reducer and micro motor , also known as a gear reduction motor or micro gear motor. It is generally supplied as a complete set by micro reduction motor manufacturers after being assembled as a whole.

The working principle of a gearbox reduction motor is to transfer the motor's power to the motor through a gear (or worm gear) reducer, significantly reducing the speed and increasing the gearbox reduction motor's output torque to meet the needs of the mechanical equipment. This power transmission device has an important core function: "force amplification and reduction." It achieves speed reduction through the use of multiple gear (or worm gear) transmissions. The reducer is composed of multiple gear pairs.
The most widely used micro dc gear motors in various industries include: coaxial helical gearbox reduction motors; parallel-axis helical gearbox reduction motors; bevel-helical dc gear motors; and bevel-worm gearbox reduction motors. Micro gearbox reduction motors have three main functions:
1. Speed regulation: The small DC gear motors adjusts the motor speed to the desired level, adjusting the rotational speed, often referred to as output speed.
2. Torque increase: For the same power, the slower the output speed, the greater the torque.
3. Changing transmission direction: Micro metal geared motor can transmit torque at a 90-degree angle.
